Data Deletion

Last updated: 2026-06-16

How to delete your data from Tim Costagliola. Required for Meta and Google app review.

How to delete your data

Option A — In-app (fastest)

  1. Sign in and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. This permanently deletes your organization and all its data, revokes OAuth tokens for every connected platform, and cannot be undone.

Option B — By request

Email timcostagliola@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data." We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 365 days, then email confirmation.

Option C — Disconnect a single platform

To remove only the data tied to one connected account, go to Settings → Integrations and Disconnect it. We revoke the token and purge that platform's items within 365 days, leaving the rest of your account intact.

What is deleted vs retained

Deleted: organization content and personal data (brand voice, inbox items, replies, content, schedules, optimization data), and connected-account tokens (revoked at the provider where supported).

Retained (as required): minimal billing and tax records required by law, then deleted. Backups are purged on our rolling backup cycle (within 90 days).

For end users (people who contacted a business)

If a business uses Tim Costagliola to respond to your review, comment, message, or email and you want your associated data removed, contact that business directly (they control it), or email timcostagliola@gmail.com and we will route your request to the relevant business and assist with deletion.

Platform callback (for app review)

Meta requires a Data Deletion Request Callback. Our endpoint accepts a verified signed_request, deletes the associated user's data, and returns a confirmation URL.
